Gladys Ahrens elected to Pet Peeves Board of Directors
 

Woodbury, New York (April, 2005) – Janine Dion, Founder and President of Pet Peeves, the voice for Long Island pets, has announced that Gladys Ahrens, Vice President at benefits consulting firm Chernoff Diamond & Co., of Garden City, New York, has been elected to the board of directors of Pet Peeves, Inc.

We are delighted to welcome Gladys to our Board. She has been a longtime supporter and advocate for our organization, said Janine Dion. Her enthusiasm and impressive qualifications, combined with her compassion for all living things, make her a perfect fit. We look forward to working with Gladys.

In her new role, Ms. Ahrens has committed to working with the non-profit’s Development Committee as well as providing support on a variety of events held by Pet Peeves including their Furry Tails Can Come True Gala, on September 20, 2005.
