NY (September,
2006) Janine Dion, President and Founder of Pet Peeves,
Inc. “the voice of Long Island Pets” is proud to
announce that Sue Fragale, President of Team Communications
in Long Beach NY has been appointed to its Board of Directors.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sue to our Board. She
is a longtime supporter and has been a dedicated volunteer
and passionate advocate for our organization since its inception”,
said Dion. We look forward to working with Sue as we
continue to raise funds to support local non-profits that serve
the area’s abused, neglected and homeless animals.”
In her new role, Ms. Fragale has committed to working with
Pet Peeves’ Development Committee as well as providing
her continued support in fundraising and a variety of events
held by Pet Peeves. The most recent one, the fourth annual “Furry
Tails Can Come True” gala was held on September 13th
at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
Ms. Fragale commented, “It has been said that whatever
walks about on four legs, or has wings, should be considered
a friend. With that said, I am proud to walk with my
new friends and help out wherever I can to fulfill the Pet
Peeves mission.”
Pet Peeves is a not-for-profit organization that makes a difference
through its support of “no kill” shelters, humane
education and pet therapy initiatives. Its Board is
completely volunteer driven, allowing nearly all funds raised
to go directly to support the group’s mission. To
